Archana Shiroor is elevated to the position of Senior Executive Vice President Human Resources of HDFC Bank.

She has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Archana has been associated with the HDFC Bank from last 4.6 years in different position and recently as Senior Executive Vice President Human Resources.

Archana has Human Resources leader with 31 years experience in Banking, Financial Services and Manufacturing sector. Worked across Indian Private Sector and MNC banks driving overall HR strategy, culture change, large scale transformation, differentiated compensation structures and embedding Diversity and Inclusion goals.  Archana has also worked with Barclays.

Archana carries a graduate degree in Psychology and Sociology and earned my Masters degree in Human Resources management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
