A dream job is something that excites you. You're probably aware of the challenges, but you're eager to tackle them anyway. In my current job I put my heart and soul to work in the service of my learning and growth.

What inspired you to join HR profession?

NS Throughout my school and college, I realized that I am a people’s person and enjoys making friends and interacting with people. I always wanted to do a job which will help me in bringing out my personality with influence. Human resources is all about supporting employees in a variety of ways. Employees are the heart of any business; without them, a company is just a building and if we are able to nurture them right way then only, we will be able to achieve organisation success. As someone who’s always loved working with people, HR seemed like a natural fit. Also, on the other side, HR provides continuous learning opportunities as the spirit of HR professionals is always about improvement and how to make things better whether we’re talking about training, recruiting talent, developing benefit plans, looking at new HR tech tools or making HR processes more efficient.
