ST As the industrial and workplace scenarios are changing with time, democratic and transparent work culture is very critical aspects of modern workplace practices and employee motivation. Democratic and transparent work culture not only encourage people participation but also creates openness between organisation hierarchy and two-way communication. In my opinion, critical elements of strong democratic and transparent work culture are open & consistent communication, honest feedback mechanism, delegate responsibilities & decision making, transparent & consistent HR policies along with involvement of employees from all levels and all locations including remote sites in organisation matters.
