Prior to this appointment Vinita was associated with Nuvoco Vistas Corp for about five years and lately as Head HRBP- Readymix Business, Marketing, R&D and Transformation Office for about Five years.

With about 15 years of experience Vinita is a HR Professional with a passion to make positive difference in the business while driving Leadership development, Organization Transformation aligned with the Company Vision, driving culture change and strengthening HR policies & processes. She is experienced of working in diverse sectors such as; Infrastructure building materials, agro chemical, Packaging, FMCG and Automobile Industry.
