Vijay Swaminathan has joined Redington as Global Chief Human Resource Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Swaminathan was associated with Citi as Director & HR- Head India – City solution centers and Head ( Asia) South- Cluster Labour Relations. He was with the group more than 19 years.

Swaminathan is a seasoned Professional with 20+ years of comprehensive experience in propelling progressive HR solutions. He has achieved considerable success in driving strategic HR initiatives to realize bottom-line results in pursuit of organizational objectives across diverse international markets.
He has also worked with DSQ Software Group, and Aditya Birla Group.
