Vaibhav has been with ABB for last about 18 years in different positions and recently as Global HRBP- Operation centers and Common functions, process Automation.
With more than 20 years of experience in leading and managing all aspects of HR domain for diverse and complex businesses, such as manufacturing, projects, sales, R&D, software development, and engineering operation centers, Vaibhav is a certified behavioral trainer and assessor for all hierarchical levels, and I have successfully led the HR work stream of several merger and acquisition projects.
