TVS Motor Company has appointed Rachna Kumar as Vice President – Human Resources, according to media reports.
Before this move, Rachna Kumar was associated with Hero MotoCorp as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

Having been in HR function now for almost 24 yrs, Rachna has had the privilege of serving across Indian and Multinational organisations across different Industries (Consumer Goods – Philips, Whirlpool, Food and Beverages – Amul, Coca Cola, Oil and Gas – Castrol, Retail- Tata Trent and Automobile – Hero).
During her professional journey across organizations, she has worked with Business and HR leaders, helping build agile and optimal organization structures, drive leadership and talent strategy, embed performance culture, build individual and organizational capabilities, enable progressive industrial and employee relations and build more engaged and inclusive workplaces.
