AS: The most successful organisations in the coming decade will embrace a cultural model that is dynamic, purpose-aligned, and human-centric. Culture will no longer be measured by how long it’s been in place, but by how meaningfully it evolves with changing business, people, and societal needs. We’re already witnessing the shift from “business and people” to “business, people, and well-being.” This is not a trend-it’s a new standard.

Organizations will stop blindly chasing global best practices. Instead, they will focus on contextual relevance-what works best for their people, in their environment. In this new world, cultural adaptability will outweigh tradition, and personalisation will replace one-size-fits-all approaches. Leaders will be expected to lead with empathy, not just strategy.
