Subimal Mondal has joined Deepak Group Co. as President and Group Chief Human Resource Officer.
Welcoming on board, the company in a statement said, “ Mr. Mondal will lead Deepak Group’s Human Resources division in his new role, leveraging over 39 years of diverse experience and expertise in Human Resources. His recent assignment with IOC was in the role of Executive Director (HR), based at Corporate Office, New Delhi. He enjoys music, traveling and pursuing research work.

Based in Vadodara, Mr. Mondal will closely work with department heads and team leaders to drive Deepak Group’s performance driven human practices, to foster creative and innovative working environment that offers equal opportunity to learn, lead and advance as a professional and as a leader.
