She has recognized consistently by executive team peers for the ability to lead with courage and transparency, build high-performing HR departments from the ground up, and optimize operations to support growth/scaling needs. Skilled at balancing HR and compensation/benefits issues to maintain cost-competitiveness, as well as in creating diverse, high-performance cultures allowing organizations to successfully attract and retain top-tier talent.
