Smitha Narayan has joined Epsilon a Director- Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Smitha was associated with Schneider Electric for about seven years and lastly as General Manager-HR for more than one year.

With 19+ years of HR Leadership experience in diverse culture and industries, Smitha has worked in matrix organizations as a strategic HR consultant in Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Change Management.
She has also worked with organisations like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Seimens Technology and JK Management consultants among others.
