Workplace frustration is a silent killer of business growth and employee productivity. Managers feel and understand about the state of affairs but in many cases choose to keep quiet and just shut their eyes from the reality. Their though process that time will resolve the issue of its own, push them to behave like that. But, this conduct of managers causes immense loss to positive and productive work culture, this, they must understand because one day, it will attack them also. Managers must learn and develop skills to nurture the team work culture with transparency.
