Samidha Bhatnagar has joined Pearl Global Industries as Chief Human Resource Officer.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Samidha was associated with Shahi Exports as associate Vice President. She has been with the group for about 25 years.

Samidha is a senior HR professional having 28 years of rich experience gained expertise in the area of Performance Management System ,Corporate Social Responsibility, Compensation Management & amp, Statutory Compliances; Social Compliances, OD Interventions , Recruitment Management Induction, and Employee Retention Management.
Samidha has also worked with Super Fashions and KBS Tours.
