Ruchika Garg has joined SHARP Business Systems (India) Private Limited as Head of Human Resources. Sharp is a wholly-owned Indian subsidiary of Sharp Corporation, Japan, an over-100-year-old company with many Technological Innovations.

Prior to this appointment, Ruchika was associated with ASK Automotive Private Limited as Senior Manager – Human Resources – Corporate for more than 4 years.
With around 18+ years of rich experience in Human Resource Management with expertise in being part of a start-up organization and establishing HR function and practice for them, Ruchika has experience in Multi-National Companies.
Ruchika has also worked with Kudos Global Services LLP, RealNetworks India Pvt Ltd., McCoy Group and Sainsbury’s.
