Prior to this appointment, Reena Tyagi was associated with ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd. as Chief Human Resource Officer for more than 4 years.

With around 22+ years of rich professional experience in Human Resource Management, HR Business Partnering, Building HR strategy relevant to Business Objectives and external environment, Operational excellence and execution Reena being an HR generalist has worked on Process Improvements & Implementation for – Talent Acquisition, Management, Retention, Performance Management, Rewards.
She has had extensive experience in Change Management situations for large teams. Engagement through Individual Development has been her one of the key focus areas.
Reena Tyagi has also worked with Bharti Airtel Ltd., ABN AMRO Central Enterprise Services Ltd., Tata Teleservices Ltd. and NIIT Ltd.
