Rakesh Patnaik has joined Yanfeng-a leading global automotive supplier with more than 240 locations and approximately 67,000 employees worldwide as Executive Director-HR. He will be based at Novi, Michigan.
Rakesh has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment Rakesh was associated with BorgWarner Inc as Senior Director- Global Corporate HR for about two years.
Rakesh is Global HR Executive with over two decades years of experience with leading multinational companies (General Electric, Delphi, BorgWarner & Yanfeng) in roles having regional & global scope, across assignments in India, China & USA.
