Pragya singh has joined McDonald’s as Director People partner.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Pragya was associated with PepsiCo as Associate Director.

Pragya is as dynamic HR leader with experience in driving end-to-end talent strategies and organizational change across diverse, complex workforces spread across multiple geographies. She gained expertise in leading HR for over 3300 employees and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.
Pragya is also recognized for leadership in DE&I, Talent Retention, and Capability Building. She contributed to major organizational transformations and high-impact projects.
Pragya has also worked with Wells Fargo, Bank of America, KPMG, and Deloitte.
