Pallavi Poddar has joined Fenesta Windows as Chief Human Resource Officer.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
In her new role at Fenesta, Poddar will focus on partnering with the business to help achieve exponential growth vision of Fenesta by aligning the business and HR strategy. Her expertise will help develop a contemporary organisation culture by transforming and leveraging HR systems and processes, as per the statement.

Prior to this appointment, Pallavi Poddar was associated with Ingersoll Rand as Regional HR Director – India, Middle East and Africa for more than 5 years.
With around 18 years of rich professional experience in Human Resource Management, Pallavi Poddar has also worked at organisations like ASESA Talent Partners, Schneider, Nestle and Saint-Gobain.
