Organisations need to be receptive towards Gen Z needs
In order to generate desired performance it is imperative for any organisation to mentor Gen Z patiently and provide build a trusting organisation culture with transparent communication system.

How do you decipher the Gen Z behavioural traits and their expectations from employers?

JU According to me, following are Generation Zers traits and their expectations from employers :

1. Generation Zs communication in the work place

Generation Z grew up with phones in hand and is used to texting and messaging. While they believe in technology, studies have found that Gen Zers also prefer face to face communication. They find more assurance in face to face communication compared to previous generations. They also prefer to-the-point communication and in-person interactions with their managers. The in-person interactions can be through Skype, Zoom, Facetime or any other application.

2. Personality – How it plays out in the work place
