It's a dream of every professional in any field to work for an organisation which has the best HR practices in terms of compensation, learning, engagement, policies & processes. Fortunately, as HR professionals we are the ones who can ideate, design, create and implement the best HR practices for our organisation.

What inspired you to join the HR profession?

SS ‘HR’, the word itself defines everything about humans. Every human being is different in its own unique way having different thinking, different level of intellect and different ways of observing and perceiving objects. Therefore, every time we interact with a new person, we get a new understanding of life and perceptions. Knowing and understanding this uniqueness of humans is what interests me. Every day is extraordinary in the HR profession, you get to work with many kinds of people, and I also understood there is never one rule for HR activities. Each time it calls for new strategies, technologies and skills that you must improve upon. At this moment I knew HR ticked all the key boxes, concerning my interests, and ardour and would utilise my natural strengths, since then I’ve never looked back. I love every moment of it. I knew it was the right choice, and that’s all that inspired me to join...
