New Vision Software has announced the appointment of Meenakshi Pande Kogje as Global Director- Talent Acquisition.
Confirming the development The Firm wrote in a social media post,”Happy to welcome “Meenakshi Pande Kogje” who joins us as Global Director – Talent Acquisition, from NaviSite, where she served as Director – Talent Acquisition for more than 10.6 years and spearheaded the talent acquisition function working across teams & locations. She has close to 20 years of vast & enriching experience and has played various leadership roles. Her wide range of experience spans across geographies in designing future focussed Talent Acquisition Strategies, building & ramping up teams across locations, Employer Branding, a Deep focus on Diversity & Inclusion & development of early talent for tomorrow.
