MathCo has appointed Richa Sharan as its new Head – HRBP.
Richa brings with her over 16 years of rich experience as a strategic HR Business Partner. She has led large-scale HR initiatives at organizations like Accenture, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra, and has successfully supported business functions of over 8,500 employees. Her ability to design and drive people-centric strategies has consistently delivered impact at scale.

A self-driven and highly motivated leader, Richa is known for her business acumen, strategic agility, and deep commitment to people’s growth. Her values align closely with MathCo’s culture, and she is excited to contribute to our evolving people strategy.
Richa holds a master’s degree from Warwick Business School, UK, and a postgraduate diploma from the Asia-Pacific Institute of Management. She is also a certified coach from Erickson Coaching International and continues to actively practice coaching.
