What inspired you to join HR profession?

GK HR’s job is full of challenges and interaction and personal connect with employees which inspires me most to join HR profession. It is people oriented job. As I understand, “HR is for the people by the people”. HR’s job is one of the most respected professions in my view. If any employee has any kind of issue in his working, he only looks at HR. It means how important the HR people’s job is. In recent times HR job is most challenging due to frequent changes in working conditions whether is it due to pandemic or changes in labour laws etc. which motivates you to learn more and handle the situation in amicable way. HR helps employees to achieve organisational goals. HR is not an easy job to be handled by anyone.
