Make policies compatible to ensure the spirit of hybrid working is upheld
There is growing emphasis on people leadership skills in a hybrid work context and I believe that this will be a significant area of focus and investment for organisations. Hybrid work model is a continuing reality for the future.

What prompted employers to embrace Hybrid work model? What can be the benefits and pitfalls in shifting to this work model?

BB A hybrid work model is basically about blending in-person presence in the work location with the ability to work remotely. Given the changes in the world of work that have been brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, organisations have experienced first-hand that remote working is not an impediment to productivity and getting the job done. In fact, giving people the flexibility to toggle between all options is a great way to empower them to strike a balance and manage their priorities more effectively. This approach requires organisations to invest in strong technology infrastructure for enabling virtual working, and also to reimagine the contours of people policies and engagement practices so that we are creating similar opportunities for everyone.
