The progressive HR practices which were reflective of mind-set of management; the focus on quality and value addition in the manufacturing process in order to retain the market leader position.

A system which operates on a culture of mutual trust, wherein employees feel protected and have the faith that their well-being will be taken care of by the employer and employers in turn believe that the employees shall contribute their best and stay loyal and committed to the organisation is the core strength of any organisation.
