Kimberly-Clark appoints Radhika Tomar as CHRO

 With around 15 years of professional experience, Radhika Tomar has been appointed  as CHRO of Kimberly-Clark , a leading FMCG Brand.

In her new role, Radhika will lead Kimberly-Clark’s human resources strategy, focused on transformation, cultural development, talent management, D&I initiatives and continued growth. She will work closely with the leadership team and look after employee and stakeholder engagement, alongside talent development, underscoring the company’s aim to be the employer of choice in India.

 Prior to this appointment Radhika was associated with Dyson for more than four years and recently as global Head of L& D.

With Radhika joining Kimberly-Clark, the company said  achievement of 45% diversity, with 4 out of 9 women in leadership positions, further strengthening their commitment towards D&I.
