Harshita Khanna is new Chief People Officer of Home Credit India
With over 15 years of experience Harshita Khanna has been elevated to the position of Chief people officer by Home Credit India, a provider of consumer finance. She joined the organization as Head Rewards & performance management in Nov.15.
Harshita has experience in the areas of Reward Strategy, People strategy, Performance management, Merger and acquisition, Talent acquisition and management, HR digitalisation, business and people partnership, employee life cycle management and Talent development.
