This year, we intend take this even further with our new ‘Happiness Campaign’ that engages and motivates our employees via activities, micro steps, videos, stories etc. The Happiness campaign will be an inhouse curated campaign, run via functional Whatsapp groups that will focus on the themes such as: Living happier, Tackling Stress & Beating Anxiety, Sleeping better, Managing Anger & PERK – Purpose, Engagement, Resilience & Kindness . This will be later supported by a third party app that will run employee specific journeys in the above mentioned wellbeing areas.”
