ETPrime Women Leadership Awards 20 set to honour most influential Women Leaders of Indian Business

New Delhi, October 8th 2020:The second edition of ETPrime’s Women Leadership Awards will be held on October 9th, 2020. Aimed at honouring the most remarkable Indian women leaders, the awards presented by Accenture are widely considered to be the country’s most prestigious honour celebrating the virtues of success and leadership amongst women.

Celebrating the achievements of 14 women leaders with exemplary vision, entrepreneurial zeal, and cutting-edge innovation, the awards attracted over 3,500 nominations from organizations and leaders for 12 categories including – Lifetime Achievement, Businesswoman of the Year, CEO of the Year, Global Indian of the Year to name a few. The announcement of winners will be preceded by thought-provoking discussions on navigating risks and managing innovation in the current VUCA world of business.

The list of nominees for this year was pruned to five nominees per category by a team of seasoned ETPrime editors and Accord India (Knowledge Partner) along with Tracxn (Assessment Partner). The final list of winners were handpicked after intensive deliberation by a stellar jury of India’s top CEOs. The jury for this year’s awards included Shanti Ekambaram (President Consumer Banking, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.), Rekha M. Menon (Chairperson and Senior Managing Director, Accenture in India), Aisha De Sequeira (Co-Country Head and Head of Investment Banking – India, Morgan Stanley), Amit Chandra (Managing Director, Bain Capital Private Equity), Rakesh Jhunjhunwala (Partner, Rare Enterprises), Samina Hamied (Executive Vice -Chairperson, Cipla), Ashu Khullar (CEO, Citi India, and Citi Cluster Head, South Asia), Karthik B. Reddy (Managing Partner, Blume Ventures), Santrupt Misra (CEO, Birla Carbon; Director, Chemicals, Fertilisers & Insulators; and Director, Group Human Resources, Aditya Birla Group), and Gautam Sinha (CEO, Times Internet Ltd.).
