COVID-19: Pesto Techs Insight on Remote work and it is impact on the ecosystem

The COVID-19 virus outbreak has affected a sizeable number of countries and businesses all around the world and many companies have had to put their remote and/or home working plans in place.
I am writing to you on behalf of Pesto Tech, an Edutech homegrown startup that redefines the way Indian engineers work and giving them global opportunities to scale their career.
Mr Ayush Jaiswal, Joint CEO and Co-Founder, Pesto Tech, says, "From the day of our inception, leveraging technology to enable efficiency and productivity has been a key priority. As a result of that, we have been championing remote work for over a year now. With the spread of Covid-19, we decided to help the community work remotely.
Indian startups are not wired for remote work. Hence, we have started an education content called Remoteli, where startups can get registered and learn about how to manage remote work. We have already received registration from 100+ startups. We are getting our existing graduates, who have been working remotely, to offer sessions and to Indian startups and share their experience of working from home, where they would be talking about the best practices to be followed to ensure the overall well-being of the employees. Remoteli will offer hour-long classes free of cost for three days in a week to start with and then depending on the uptake, will continue them for upcoming months. Remote work is here to stay and this is surely a starting point.
At Pesto, we not only provide engineers with borderless opportunities but also give them access to remote jobs across all counties. We always promote remote work culture in our organization. And also, this would lower the probability of the spread of Coronavirus.
