To facilitate this ‘Labour Law Digest (2021)’ has been brought in continuation of our earlier Labour Law Digests from 1923 to 2020. The compilation is exhaustive and has been edited by eminent authors in a lucid, concise, and easily understandable style for ready reference.

The book also contains comparson table showing sections of New Labour Codes, with corresponding sections of proprosed to be replealed 39 Labour Acts.
