What strategies have you found effective in creating a culture of psychological safety and trust?
BB: To me, an Organisation must encourage in development and maintenance of an Equal & Fair Treatment Policy. Proper & effective Communication channels and the Chain of Command must be adhered to. The Internal Complaints Committee must be strong and authoritative, where Zero Tolerance would be on ABC (Abuse-Blame-Criticise). Interpersonal Relations must be a mandatory Key Attribute in PMS for all categories. Create ample opportunities for people to express themselves, and be sure to include them in decision-making processes. Employees who feel unheard will be less engaged, and less engaged means less productive and less loyal.
