A distinguished HR leader with over three decades of experience in Human Resource Management, Dr. Pandey brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic insight, and leadership excellence to the institution.
Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Pandey has held senior roles in some of India’s most respected Indian and multinational companies, including HERO Motocorp, Mother Dairy, ACC Ltd., Holcim, Shriram Group, JK Tyre, and Torrent Pharma. His core strengths span strategic HR planning, organizational development, industrial relations, and the management of large, diverse workforces.
Widely recognized for his ability to align human capital with business strategy, Dr. Pandey has led transformative initiatives that have enhanced employee engagement, driven growth, and shaped progressive organizational cultures. His leadership was recently honored by ETHRWorld, naming him among the Top 50 Thought Leaders of 2024.

In his new role at ISAB, Dr. Pandey will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of agribusiness leaders and further enriching the institute’s dynamic learning environment. Established by an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, ISAB ranks among India’s top 30 agribusiness management colleges, known for its academic excellence, industry exposure, and robust placement support.
