Indrajeet Sengupta has joined M&M (Automotive and Farm equipment Business) as Sr. VP & Chief Human Resource Officer. He has replaced Manish Sinha who will make a move to the group’s financial services arm as CHRO at Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. (MMFSL).
Prior to this appointment Sengupta was associated with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages as Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer for about five years.

Sengupta is an experienced CXO, trusted business adviser, talent developer, innovation, and change leader. He is adept in leading teams, collaborating across stakeholders, and problem-solving complex business challenges. His focus has been on Talent & Leadership, Organization Transformation, Future of Work & workplace, and HR strategy. MBA in HE from XISS with about 24 years of rich professional experience, Sengupta has also worked with Johnson & Johnson. Mars, and GE Healthcare.
