Amit joins from Fino Payments Bank where he served as Deputy Vice President for more than 5 years and headed the talent acquisition for the corporate office. He has also been associated with brands like, Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, AEGON Life Insurance, and Manpower Services.

ImpactGuru is focused on expanding its team to over 1500 full-time employees in the coming 18 months. Given Amit’s pedigree, he will be responsible for the overall talent acquisition, human resources strategy, with a deep focus on culture, talent management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion.
