Punjab and Haryana High Court in Kuldeep Singh vs. Shiromani Gurudwara Parbhandhak Committee CWP No. 27281/2017, placing reliance on the testimony of delinquent employee accepting the commission of grave misconduct of misusing the premises of Gurudwara Sahib observed that once the delinquent employee admits his guilt, he cannot be allowed to turn back and plead violation of principles of natural justice.
