Event Report - organised L&D conference, conferred awards organized a full day event on 'Global HR and Learning Conference and Awards' in Hotel Fortune, Gurgaon, on 8th feb. 2019 to bring together the great minds from industry and academia.

The conference witnessed a day packed with knowledge exchange on training and education.

The conference was honoured by the presence of esteemed professionals like Professor Dr. Binod Kumar (an alumina of Hayward University) , President of the 'World Mental Health Foundation, India as chief guest.

Other prominent guests (Guest of honour) were Professor, Dr. C.N. Daftuar, D. Litt. (recipient of the prestigious title Man of Year-1997 by the ABI, USA and quoted in Marquis' WHO'S - WHO among world eminent scholars) and founder of a new healing technique called 'EnergicK™, Brig. Kartar Singh, Vice Chancellor of Shridhar University, Pilani, Prof. S K Prasad, Ex- HOD, Dept. of Pol. Science (Vinoda Bhave University), Shalav D ,Executive Director, Salahkaar Consultant) and Sri. Pranav Ranjan from HCL and Sri Chaitanya Anand from Bravura Solutions.

The conference included a series of wonderful adresses and panel discussions led by  eminent professionals like Mr. Gyanendra Kumar (HOD - HR)  TCS - CBO, Navin Reddy (Well-known Youtuber in IT Training), Mr. Mukesh Bansal (Management Consultant) and many others including professionals from HR and training dept. of corporates like Aditya Birla Bank, Yamaha Motors, Power2SME, and several other professionals, trainers and principals from Industry and academia.Felicitating professionals from training and education was an important part of the Conference agenda. Rekha Rangaranjan and her company Data Patterns (India) Pvt Ltd. of Chennai was awarded as the Most growth oriented company, Naveen Reddy as distinguished technical trainer, Arthi Mangalam Jayaraj as distinguished training leader, Dr. Namrata Kapur as outstanding leader in employee growth and learning, Praggatti Rao as outstanding contributor in education and learning were conferred with honour and award. Shalav D. of Salahkaar Consultants, Pune, was awarded for being a 'Bright and Unique Recruiter'.

Prof. K.D.S. Bedi - Director Principal, Chitkara University was awarded with 'Life-Time achievement award in sales training'. Pooja Dhiman was awarded with 'distinguished life coach and trainer' Award. Dr. Ankit Mehra was awarded as the 'Most Diversified Training Provider' and Dr. Neha Dewan was awarded as the 'Women achiever in education and learning'.
