What inspired you to join HR profession?
SC Employees are the backbone of the organisation. For an organisation to deliver its best, the employees need to deliver their best. While working, employee faces many challenges in which he/she requires support from the organisation. The role of HR is to provide that support and that’s what inspired me to be in HR.
Do you find any difference between your dream job and reality? If yes, what?
SC Not exactly. During my studies in the institute and during my industrial internship, I got a fair understanding of how a manufacturing set-up works, what challenges are there at ground level.
