Hiran Balaram has joined Home Centre India as Asst Vice President -Head HR.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Hiran Balaram was associated as GM-Head of Human Resources with Easybuy – Max Retail Division for than 7.3 years.

Hiran Balaram an incisive professional with 18 years of experience in the ITES /Telecom and Retail industry. In-depth understanding of market dynamics in HR, talent acquisition and campus recruitment conceptualised and driven implementation of hiring plans and initiatives, relationship management with various business, training and hiring teams, developed content and delivered training programs to facilitate the learning and development needs of internal and external stakeholders. Planned and implemented new initiatives for better employee relations and employer branding. A self motivated individual with abilities to formulate and define process, lead and motivate teams towards optimal performance. Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational abilities.
Hiran Balaram has also worked with Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd., Bharti Airtel Limited, Team HR Services Ltd. (Ranstard) and Spanco Telesystems.
