H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has announced the appointment of Rachna Mohan, as Chief Human Resource Officer effective from April 3rd, 2025.
Prior to this appointment, Rachna was associated with Gensol Group as Sr. Vice President- HR.

Rachna is a process-oriented Human Resource professional with 18 years of experience in managing Organization-wide Designing Key HR Processes & Policies, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, HR Compliance & Audit, Performance Management, organization restructuring/rightsizing, Talent Acquisition across Middle and Top Management and Managing HR Business Partner thus offering a distinctive blend of functional expertise across various HR domains. She has over 7 years of experience with Sterlite Power Transmission Limited as Vice President, HR.
She has also worked with Sterlite Power, Max Ventures & Industries, and Aman Resorts among others.
