How do you understand employee experience and why it has gained so much importance in present time?

LB Employee experience is the sum total of the relationship between an organisation and its employees. It is extremely critical as the process starts when one is a candidate. This is the culmination of employee experience, physical environment, systems and policies, as well as the culture of the place. It’s clearly not what you say it is or isn’t but how the employees’ experience it while they interact with others in the organisation. From a technology standpoint it is about employees being able to access information in a transparent way, at the click of a button without depending on anyone. Employee experience is about people feeling like they’re a valuable contribution to the organisation.
