The NEW NORMAL has emerged from the outbreak of COVID-19. While the entire world is struggling for the survival of human lives and rest of the world has no option but to adopt HOMEWORK from HOME. The happiest out of this new normal is Gen-Y and Gen-Z who were struggling to convince Gen-X to make available required technological platforms which can be as effective as working with physical presence. We hired experts to interact with employees on virtual platforms and facilitated them to how to mitigate the emerged challenge of work from home (WFH). Gen-X who were effective in disposing papers by reading from the hard copies are adopting new normal reading on the screen and with the help technology are becoming productive every day. Opportunity to clean up digital data from the master is best engaging for teams to work together and get ready for better accuracy and data-based predictions.

 

“Words have power to influence mind” and as an old adage goes, “people remember their lifetime, how we make them feel using right choice of words at right time”. Business/Team leaders have learnt new ways to engage and inspire their team members with empathy. Connecting & simply asking the wellbeing of employees, their family members and assuring their support is creating psychological bond and level of trust. In return employee are feeling more committed and giving more than 100% every day. Employee engagement is a journey from rationale to emotional. How simple it could be is a new normal.
