How do you embed culture into your core business strategy and decision-making at the Leadership level?
PK: It is rightly said by Simon Sinek (an American Author and Inspirational speaker) “Corporate Culture matters, how Management chooses to treat its people impacts everything for better or for worse”. In the power industry, where Safety, Consistency, and Sustainability are significant factors, driving culture into our core Business Strategy is both vital and a reasonable advantage. At the Leadership level, we deliberately associate our cultural standards, such as Safety-first Jobs Second, Operational Excellence, Environmental responsibility, Employees’ well-being, and active collaboration with each planned purpose we make so far.
