Alok Nigam, CHRO, Bhartiya Group, said that leaders don’t manage the business; they run the families of people working in organisation. “HR should respond to people beyond business. Basically, there are no new competencies, but to look differently at them with new perspective in changed environment. HR must imbibe more social and emotional skills to take care of mental wellness of employees.With out of box thinking, talent management programmes should be run differently for better results,” Nigam held.
