Ashu Goswami Sharma has joined RSWM Limited, LNJ Bhilwara Group as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development to Business Manager.
Prior to this appointment, Ashu Goswami Sharma was associated with Fratelli Wines as Head – Human Resources.

With work experience of 20 years plus, Ashu Goswami gained expertise into Strategic HR, Talent Management & Development, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Digitalisation of HR processes, Talent Sourcing, People & Culture Intervnetions, Process Improvement, Organisation Development and cultural intervention.
Ashu Goswami Sharma has also worked with FIL Industries, V-Mart Retail Ltd., Swiss Military Lifestyle Products, NIVIA, Food and Beverage,FMCG, SDMH Healthcare sector,Jaipur and Trident Group.
