Ashish Musaddi has joined Integrace Health as Chief Human Resource Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Ashish was associated with Cipla as Head- People, Culture and Org. Effectiveness, where he led the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s vision, values, and goals, such as building a culture of innovation, agility, and diversity, enhancing employee engagement and performance, and developing future-ready leaders and talent.

With over 17 years of experience in human resources, he also oversaw the global learning and development function, ensuring that the employees have the skills and competencies to deliver excellence in their roles and to adapt to the changing business environment.
Ashish has strong skills in business HR management, HR transformation, global human resources management, and HR and business transformation, which he has applied and developed throughout my career.
Ashish has also worked with LyondellBasell, Novartis, Baush& Lomb, Panarc, MSD and Astra Zeneca.
