Anuradha Das has joined Jeh Aerospace as Chief People Officer.
Before this appointment, Anuradha was associated with JLR as head People Strategy.
She is a result-oriented, decisive leader with an experience of 20 years in Operations and HR Management.

She has spearheaded core verticals like; Talent Management, Compensation Management, Training & Development, Competency Mapping, Performance Management systems, Employee Engagement, Legal Compliance, Safety Regulations, and Administration Activities etc. Her achievements are in the area of HR Strategy Development (Short Term & Long Term) & Restructuring of Organization Structure.
Anuradha has also worked with Tata Motors, TAL Manufacturing Solutions Ltd, and WORBUS International.
