Altigreen appoints Girish Lobo as Head-HR

New Delhi: The Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer, Altigreen, has made new appointments in its leadership team to ramp up the manufacturing capabilities. The company has appointed Girish Lobo as Head – HR apart from Prashant Sankeshwar as National Head- Network Development and Indranil Bhattacharyya as GM, Vehicle Dynamics.

Amitabh Saran, Founder and CEO of Altigreen Propulsion Labs, said, “We are really happy to have such experienced individuals onboard with us. We believe their experience and knowledge will help us take both Altigreen and EV adoption in the country to new heights. To meet the increased demand, it’s critical to find and nurture exceptional talents. With more than two decades of experience, Lobo will now assist the company in implementing innovative human capital practices, enhancing the company’s overall strategic plans and directions across segments, driving agility and efficiency in HR policies, and shaping dynamic environments with robust development frameworks. He has worked with Robert Bosch, Delta Electronics, Essilor India, Toyota Boshoku, and Kirloskar Ferrous in the past.

Lobo holds a B.Com. and a Master’s degree in Social Work, and throughout his illustrious career, he has managed greenfield projects from startup to maturity, developing HR strategies for blue and white collared employees, and managing talent acquisition requirements across divisions.
