Preeti Jain has joined Global Capacity Center of Adani Group as Chief People Officer.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
She will as the CPO, focus on building the GCC team and creating a performance driven culture . she will also be driving a lot of transformation and automation to build a world class GCC and a talent hub.

Before this appointment, Preeti was associated with Bharti Airtel, as VP – HR. Where she led strategic HR initiatives for the network team, built high-performing teams, and helped shape a positive work culture.
Preeti is a strong people leader with 25+ years of experience across all gamuts of HR including HR strategy Making , Business Partnering, Organisational Development, Change Management, Global Entity Set-ups, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management ,Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement & Communication, HR Operations & Analytics, Shared Services, Legal, Automation, Budgets and Vendor Management.
She has worked across diverse industries, including IT, telecom, and semiconductors, and across geographies such as the US, UK, China, and Southeast Asia. In organisations like Droom, Huawei Telecommunications India, and Conexant among others.
