Dipty Jalan has joined Usha International as Chief Human Resources Officer (SVP HR).
Confirming this development through a social media post, Dipty said, “happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer (SVP HR) at Usha International!”
Before this appointment, Dipty was associated with Axis Max Life Insurance, where she was Corporate Vice President – Head of Talent Management, Learning Culture, and OD.

With Usha International, it is her second stint. From 2015 to 2024, Dipty served in multiple leadership roles, shaping the organization’s culture while building talent and supporting the organization’s transformation.
She was responsible for Organization Development, Compensation, HR Policies, HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Business Partnership.
With nearly two decades of diverse business and HR experience, she is passionate about helping organizations on the road to transformation, developing talent and culture, fostering performance, and enhancing employee experience. She has also received numerous professional awards.
